Selection Procedure for Career Vacancies

Candidates interested in applying for vacancies, whether for a permanent job or an internship, must submit their CV and a Statement of Purpose (SOP) via email or through the Indeed platform. After the initial screening process, shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, which includes technical, presentation, and HR rounds. This interview process applies to both internships and permanent job positions.

1. Permanent Job

  • • If selected, candidates will receive an offer letter detailing all the terms, responsibilities, salary package, and other relevant information.
  • • The first two months will serve as a training period. If a candidate underperforms during this period, the company reserves the right to terminate their employment.
  • • Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be assigned job responsibilities.

2. Internship

  • • Candidates demonstrating excellent performance during the internship may be awarded a fellowship.
  • • If training is required, candidates must pay the company for the training period (the cost varies based on the project and availability).
  • • After the training period, a performance evaluation will be conducted. Based on the evaluation:
    • ◦ High-performing candidates may receive a fellowship.
    • ◦ If performance is unsatisfactory, the training period will be extended without additional payment until improvement is demonstrated.
  • • Some internships will be certification-only and will be awarded based on performance criteria.
